Erika takes First Place at what is billed as the largest grappling tournament in the world! Check out the highlights of her victories.

All that hard work and dedication finally pays off for 16 year old Erika! She now knows the meaning of Perseverance. A real credit to the team and her folk. Onwards and upwards.

Often my students ask me, “What’s your favourite technique?” or “What’s your favourite weapon. I always answer the same, I don’t have one. Conversely I have been asked “what’s your least favourite weapon/technique” and again I don’t have one.

Another good example of patience in a match. Being taller is not always a good thing, nice work of using the duck under work from clinch.

Had some fun with the music for this video, BJJ really does the trick against larger opponents, patience really is key.

The girl is really good. She has been raining terror against male wrestlers last season. Lucky Gunnar is only 1/2 wrestler!

Even after a long break in training Gunnar was able to outscore the older blue belt division.

In his debut Team Fyrd tournament performance, Magnus disassembled his opponents like a mechanic. Magnus is among the youngest on our team and the most technical. His reign over the kids divisions will be long lasting.
